How to Get Rid of Cellulite for Vegetarians

Are you slim or overweight? Are you a vegetarian or non-vegetarian?
Anyway, whoever you are and whatever shape you're in, one thing for sure is that, you're plagued by cellulite now and you seriously want to get rid of it badly, or you wouldn't be reading this.
It's a common belief that having excessive fat stored underneath the skin is the main cause of cellulite.
Now, that's only true when your lower body tends to store more fat than anywhere else (due to hormonal or genetic response) and also depending on your gender — male or female.

But once you start shoving in more fat via your high-calorie diet, your fat cells expand in size and begin pushing against one another, causing the entire subcutaneous layer to heighten up. This creates a push-up against the skin while the collagen bonds hold down the push-up causing fibrous tension. This opposite reaction results in dimpling on the surface of outer skin for women, forming cellulite.
Do take note that poor lymphatic circulation can worsen the "cottage cheese" appearance if you already got so much fat squeezing inside the fat tissue.

What about men? Why do they complain less about cellulite?
In men, these fat cubicles are arranged in cross-linked structure (see right) that actually limits the quantity of fat stored, hold the fat in better and store them deeper under the skin. Also, men have thicker skin as better cover-ups and generally, their hormones behave less erratically than women.
That's why you seldom hear men complaining and seeking solutions to get rid of cellulite.
Why Cellulite Occurs to Slim Women Too?
Early on I showed you that getting fat is one BIG reason to triggering the presence of cellulite. But the shocking fact is, many slim or lean women are getting that too.

Of course, it doesn't appear any worse and uglier than those with more fat sticking on their thighs, hips and butt, but it's enough to destroy your confidence making you afraid to wear hot pants or bikini when you're out on the street or at the beach.
